Changing the SALE next to products

So I want to change a small thing, the “SALE” next to products. I was wondering if I can change it to “Founders Special”.

My site is live: Shakennotstirredcocktailclub.com for reference of the SALE next to the products price of 39.99.

Hi @ShakenCC To change the “SALE” label next to products to “Founders Special” on your Shopify store, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. From the left-hand sidebar, click on “Online Store” and then “Themes.”
  3. Find the theme you are currently using and click on “Actions” and then “Edit Code.”
  4. In the theme editor, locate the file that controls the product price display. This is often within the Snippets or Sections directory and might be named something like product-price.liquid or price.liquid.
  5. Find and Replace the SALE Label:

Look for the code that outputs the “SALE” label. It might look something like this:

Change the “SALE” text to “Founders Special” like this:

  • Save the changes and refresh your store’s page to see if the label has been updated.
