Changing theme alignment from left to right

Hi,

I want to modify my theme (refresh) to be aligned from right to left since that my store is in Arabic. One of the alignment is header (attached), titles of body sections, footers etc.

Can anybody assist me with this issue ?

It would be really great if I can get 1 code to get the whole alignment to the right side.
