Changing wording on sticky header - Debut theme

Good Evening,

I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to change the wording on my sticky header/announcement bar? Specifically the announcement bar? I can’t figure out how to change it. I used coding to apply the sticky heading and it works perfectly, but I now need to change the wording on my announcement bar. I can’t change it under themes because you’ll se a double announcement bar?

Please help!
