About a month ago I dropshipped a product to a customer’s house (I paid out of pocket). It was delivered August 5th and around a week later my store was closed by Shopify. I have since received a chargeback even though the customer claims to have received the package and is satisfied. The customer is no longer responding and every time I try to send a response through Shopify there is an error (most likely because my store is closed). Please help because I am down a lot of money on this big order. Here is all my evidence:

Don’t you add tracking to your order in Shopify admin?

Your are posting someone elses info publicly , remove any identifying info from such images.
This manner of talking about an issue needs to be taking up with a platforms support privately, not on a public forum.
I cant, they closed their support email

@evannguyen21 shopify’s made it harder to get human support, to contact shopify go to the help center and ask the chatbot for a live support advisor.
