My store recently had lost three of the Chargeback that was flagged fraudulent. Now, I called the chase bank to ask help if I can still retrieve the chargeback that was lost, then they informed me to get the merchant ID. Now the Shopify advisor gave me the merchant ID / Shop ID and I tried to call back the chase bank, they informed me that they cannot pull up the details for the three chargebacks from my store. Now, Shopify Support told me that I can no longer retrieve the chargebacks because Shopify does not provide chargeback numbers or case ID’s regarding this matter.
My question is that, if how I can get the merchant ID or case IDs for each chargeback and I can still win back or retrieve back the chargeback that was lost?
