I recently with the help of support canceled my monthly subscription and they didn’t charge me last month. All of a sudden I wake up with an email of Shopify charging me again. If your store is fully closed but you’re still being billed, try pausing and deactivating it manually in Settings > Plan. If that doesn’t work, clear your browser cache or try a different device to see if the cancelation option appears
