Bought 2 items from store+80929751275@t.shopifyemail.com and was charged to my Debit card and money taken but the shop has totally disappeared and no response to any emails at all . Not sure what to do now or where to report this to on Shopify

Sorry to hear about your experience, that’s definitely frustrating.
In situations like this, the first and most important step is to contact your bank or debit card provider as soon as possible and request a chargeback (or open a dispute) for the transaction. Explain that the merchant is unresponsive and the store has disappeared. Most banks have buyer protection policies and can often recover the funds if reported in time.
At the same time, you can report the store to Shopify through their support so they can investigate the merchant. While Shopify doesn’t process payments directly in most cases, they do take reports of fraudulent stores seriously.
For future purchases, it’s generally safer to use a credit card or trusted payment methods (like PayPal), as they tend to offer stronger buyer protection.
