I have been charged 65$ while I did not even select this plan and I am charged without even my permission and notification, what should I do in this case and how can I get my refund back?

I understand that you didn’t select the $65 plan; however, it sounds like you did create a store and you may have selected a plan. Due to the nature of subscription services, the account owners’ would be responsible for managing the subscription of their store.
