I have been unable reach Shopify for two days. I can log onto my website and I can work on SEO and menus but I cannot get help from Shopify. How do I solve this problem if I can’t reach them for help? I have cleared my cache. I think I may have been hacked so I have changed all of my passwords. How do I get connected to CHAT or Phone or Email.

You can reach our support team by heading to our support page and entering in your question or topic. Once you’ve done this you’ll be presented with a list of articles, below which will be an option to contact our support team:
