Chatbox isn't showing on website

Hello All,

I recently added a custom chatbox to my site but it is now showing up (picture attached), Some one suggested I add: html { font-size: 100%; } which did work but it also made my text bigger than I’d like it to be.

Is there a way resolve this without the font size changing?

Hi @Silkendesires Have you tried turning it into “visible” in the Shopify inbox appearance settings section? If that doesn’t make it appear clearly enough, you can try a quick uninstall and install then if that doesn’t work too then you can maybe get in touch with the Shopify help center
