I’ve checked the checkbox under Collection Banner in Default Collection in Dawn to SHOW COLLECTION IMAGE. The Collection banner shows on template that it is showing the way I would like but will not show live as if it’s hidden. I cannot find that I’ve hidden it anywhere. Any suggestions as to what I may have hidden or deleted or am missing in order to have this revealed on the default collection?

Also make sure you’ve saved the changes after you’ve clicked the checkbox “Show Collection Image”

Thank you. Yes, I always save and refresh pages as well as clear cache after a long few hours to no avail of research and trouble shooting. I am trying to reorganize and minimize my content. That banner was working and is unique to each collection page. Once I added the collapsible rows in another box connected with metafield, the collection banner just disappeared, even though it’s checked to show the image. Again, it shows on the the working space tab in customizing of collections on default; but won’t show after saving and refreshing and viewing in another tab.

Thanks for the URL. But from live site, issue is not traceable. Also the issue is in Theme Editor we guess. If possible can you share the code so that we can debug?
Which code is needed; and is there a specific area I can screenshot within that code for you -so i’m not sending a bunch of screen shots you don’t need.
Not sure if anyone knows the code I need to fix a ‘bug’ that I was told is affecting the banner image not showing up on Collections Default page in Dawn. It shows in working page on all pages of collections but not live. I have the box checked to show the banner image and title. But no matter how many saves, refreshes, clearing of cache, this banner will not show up.
This is image shows what was showing previously and is checked to show on Collections Default page.
Since I have added this collapsible section via metafield, the banner image and title will not reveal itself for any collections group.
SOLVED by SHOPIFY HELP CENTER :
Since I never heard a reply from the above Shopify Member in this post, I’ll let anyone know, who might possibly have the same issue that I did, that a real person in the Shopify Help Center (2 people) did answer me and solve this issue in less than 24 hours. Somehow my Collection Banner Section was hidden from the US Market, making the banner disappear on the storefront.
Nate’s Solution fixed this issue immediately:
To fix this issue, you can either un-hide the section in the US market or reset the section to the default market context:

Open the theme editor by going to Online store > Themes and clicking Customize.

Using the store context selector at the top, change the context to the United States market.

If you’d like to reset the template to the default context, click the “Reset to default” context button. Otherwise, unhide the section:
