Hi there! I too have been having issues with the misrepresentation issue with google. We had the issue about 7 months ago and were able to get it resolved however as of last week it has came back. Have hired a person to help however they have been unsuccessful so looking to get some more assistance with this. We were an Etsy shop before hand and imported all of our reviews from there over to our website (this was done 2 months ago when we closed our Etsy shop) so I don’t know if that could be the issue with our issue but I would have thought if it was then Google would have issued this suspension way back then. other than that, there is nothing that we can really find to tell us what would be going on. Our site is ElegantEternity.com and any help would be greatly appreciated. We’ve had a manual review done as well and they are also saying there are still issues however they are not telling us what the issues are.
