We are running the Supply Theme on our stores and receive multiple complaints each day that the checkout button is not active in the shopping cart and the customer is unable check out.
When this occurs 90% of the time the customer has been using IOS and or a Safari browser and the other 10% of the time other browsers.
We trouble shoot the issue by asking customers to make sure their browser has Javascript enabled and it they still have issue we ask them to empty their cart and clear their cache.
If anyone could provide some direction on how this can be corrected it would be appreciated.
