Checkout_completed webpixel event not trigger many case

Hi everyone, is anyone else experiencing issues with the Shopify web pixel? Specifically, we’re encountering problems where customer events are not working consistently across all cases. Additionally, we’ve noticed that the checkout_completed event is not happening as expected. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

how we can report this serious issue with the Shopify team.
I tried to connect with the Shopify support team but still did not get any resolution.

This is not a fix but I’ve found it’s firing more than Google Analytics but less than the orders in Shopify. It’s somewhere between the two. It’s still web based which means there are a lot of potential reasons why it might not fire.
