Checkout Isn't Working & I can't find Google tag manager in my theme files, Please help!

Hi guys,

I feel like pulling my hair out!

I can’t find the google tag manager in my theme files but can see on chrome tag assistant that the tag manager is loading for my website.

I have no idea where this is, I have checked my theme.liquid file and cannot find it in there.

Please advise,

Shopify have said that checkout isn’t working for stores with google tag manager and they recommend to temporarily disable it.

I can’t find the code in order to delete it,
