Checkout Issue with Rest of World Shipping addresses

I’ve set a rate for rest of world but when customers are checking out they can still only access the United States option. No other country appears in the drop down menu. I’ve tried everything, has anyone ever had this issue?

There are two things you want to check:

  1. That your ‘markets’ settings are including your international “rest of the world” countries, and the United States market isn’t the only one active.

  2. You want to ensure you have a shipping profile that is set up that includes a shipping zone and covers the rest of the world’s countries. Another common mistake people run into is they have a shipping profile setup for the rest of the world, and they also added some products to that shipping profile. However, if a product that is not included in that shipping profile is added to a customer’s cart, there will be checkout issues since that product isn’t included in the shipping profile.
