We have got reports almost every day for the past 3 weeks that the customer can not reach checkout page
normally something like this:
“i can add to my cart but when i go to checkout its not available to view checkout page not available in preview”
I saw lots of posts about checkout issues across the web but they have now been fixed? We are only a small store but seem to get at least one report a day (so possibly many others don’t contact us) its always along the lines that the checkout page is blank or wont load, we had no reports previous to this past 3 weeks and we have not made any recent changes to the theme/apps. We moved to shopify 6 months ago and its been relatively good but didn’t realise that I would have problems with something as basic as checkout!?
In cases such as these do we just sit tight until shopify fix it or have I got to try and fix it? we are losing sales every day at the moment… 
I’ve heard Shopify is testing a new checkout page and I’m wondering if this is where the issues are coming from. Following to see if there’s an update on this.
