Hi, I have a workflow for missed CheckOuts in my Shopify store. I’ve set it up with filters and conditions at each step, but after a few days I see that no email was sent to the people who missed the CheckOut.
Here I share a screenshot of part of the steps. After the first email, the steps are repeated (So I’ll just show you the first steps to avoid showing repeated things).
These are the conditions I set for the first filter so that customers who have already purchased (This order or another created order) do not receive these emails. ![]()
