Checkout page and new subscription variables - how to edit/hide

We recently migrated our subscription checkout from Recharge to Shopify.

We are now troubleshooting the appearance of our checkout. Under the subscription frequency information, we have some new ugly text displaying. See the orange box in the screenshot below. We can’t figure out how to hide it.

Can you help me understand how we either hide that text or edit it so that it doesn’t look like… the backend of a Shopify website?
