I want to change the checkout page design like navigation progress bar way. i used for develop dawn theme and also my plan is base plan i could not able to find checkout.liquid file in my base plan. is anyway to find to achive my request. please refer a screenshot.
You should use Shopify Plus to change the Checkout page.
