Checkout remove button for products and subscription option

hi

i want to add a remove button in the checkout, as my shopify page is optimised to not have an add to cart section and go straight to cart, i want an remove button thats small and does not look out of place to be able to remove the subscribtion, or any of the products in the checkout.

Afraid you cannot make edits like this on the checkout without the plus plan. Without it it’s just some colors and fonts on the checkout page, so very limited
