Hello all,

I have already created many Checkout UI Extensions and all works fine.
But mysteriously I can’t reach my current app on the ‘Thank You’ page.
On my Dev Store and locally it works perfectly, so there I can see banner.
I have also took the thank you example exactly 1:1 from the documentation and it works on locally and my own Dev Store perfectly but when I deploy my code to the target shop then It doesn`t appear on the Thank-You Page.
On the checkout editor I can see my app but I have noticed a difference between working and not working version, visible on the screenshots below.

Hey, did you solve this? Facing the same issue, On dev Store the app runs fine, but after deploying app is not rendering on Thank you page.

Hello @Danyel1980 , facing the same problem. this is a CRITICAL issue since checkout UI extension has stopped working in prod. were you able to resolve this ?

unfortunately no solution. The problem is still there.

Is there a way to escalate this to Shopify since it’s pending for more than a month now ?
