While making payment, checkout url is redirecting to shipping page instead of Information page. Same url loaded in browser also, it is navigating to shipping page.
Whether only for the plus customers or customers with express checkout will the checkout url redirect to information page?
Do we need to change any config from our end or this is an issue from Shopify?

It depends on the configuration of your Shopify store and how it has been set up. If you have enabled express checkout or if the checkout is exclusive to Plus customers, then the checkout URL may redirect to the information page. To resolve the issue, you may need to check your Shopify settings or reach out to Shopify support for assistance.

To make sure I understand the issue; is your checkout link redirecting to the pages/shipping-info page? Or, is it showing the available shipping options?
If the former, that should definitely not happen. Have you adjusted any of your buttons lately within your code or with an app? If so, that could be the result. If you made the changes in your code it would be best to revert your theme back to before the adjustments were made. If this is the result of an app you will need to delete the app or reach out to the app’s developers for assistance.
In the meantime, can you provide a link to your store so we can test it out? This will also allow us to provide additional store feedback.
