Checkout validation function - missing app in Checkout rules

Hello, trying to add checkout validation function from typescript boilerplate and test it on my dev store. But function doesn’t triggered at all, i’ve read i should add it to store settings
https://admin.shopify.com/store/STORE/settings/checkout
in Checkout Rules section

but i see only this message:
“There are no apps installed with rules for checkout or cart. Visit the Shopify App Store to install one.”

How it should work? and what i did wrong, thanks

Okey, probably because it’s only for custom apps now, will wait support Public apps

I’m having that exact problem, and my app isn’t public, it’s only used within my org.
