I’m building ecommerce in Gatsby and Shopify Storefront API and trying to handle Shopify checkout. I got webUrl property but each time I open this link it shows empty cart od Shopify. I have sales channel and even merged store to Shopify partners but it didn’t solve problem. How to solve it?

Double check the products being used to make sure inventory is available and that they’re published to your sales channel. If that doesn’t explain it, please provide a checkout URL from your development shop and we can investigate further.
Well, I probably changes something in Shopify Dashboard because now checkout URL works as expected
