Hey i want to create choose any n items combo for free. Can anyone tell me how to do it. For ex from a list of 5 items customer must chose 3.

In order to build this sort of bundling functionality, you’ll want to make use of some product bundle apps! Shopify has our own bundles app called ‘Shopify Bundles’ that you can use to make some mix-and-match bundles. You can also look into these third party apps as potential options for you! It’s always a good decision to take some time to explore different app options so you can find a best fit!
Hey imogen thankyou for your reply but shopify bundle app does not allow that feature and other third party apps are paid can you suggest me some free apps

As you want to allow customers to choose multiple colors with sizes, you can try the Multivariants - Bulk order app. Using this app, you can set restrictions on quantities too. With the app’s minimum quantity restriction feature, customers must choose a minimum number of items from all the items. Using this feature, you can restrict customers from adding to the cart without reaching that minimum quantity. You can show the variants in four different styles too.

The site you have shared have custom coded the whole functionality. You can check custom options app but they do need upgrade for some of the features. So it is easy to hard code as one time payment and optimized site speed. But you will need a developer.

Actually Custom Option app do not let me track inventory and I am really looking for a free way to do this
To create a bundle page where customers can select a specific number of products from a predefined list (for example, choose any 3 items out of 5), Easify Box Builder can fully support this setup.
I’ve created a similar demo to help you better visualize how it works:
On the setup side, you just need to create a new box and choose the Fixed box price type to match your use case of offering a bundle with a fixed price. Then, add the products you want customers to choose from into the box (or a collection) so they can be displayed on the page.
On the storefront, products are displayed in a grid layout, each with an “Add to box” button along with quantity controls. This allows customers to freely select and add the items they want to include in their bundle.
To configure pricing, you can go to the Discount & Subscription section and set the desired price for the entire box. You can also define rules such as requiring customers to select an exact number of items (e.g., exactly 3 products). The system will automatically enforce this and only allow customers to proceed once the requirement is met.
This approach helps you create a “Pick any N items” experience in a flexible and user-friendly way, without needing any complex technical setup. Overall, the configuration is straightforward and easy to manage.
