Hi everyone!
I’m trying to start my online shop in Iceland and sell only to Icelandic customers. I’m already working with my Rapyd payment provider, but even though it’s known and respected payment provider it’s not supported as a 3rd Party Payment Provider in Shopify—only as an Alternative Payment Method.
Correct me if I’m wrong:
This all mean I have to select another 3rd party (non of available 3rd parties have settlements in ISK), each transaction I have to pay 2% to such 3rd party (only for verification), another 2% to Shopify (totally fine), and 2% to Rapyd (totally fine), and loose some money for money exchange after 3rd party receives ISK from my customer plus when they send money to Rapyd, back to ISK.
Does anyone have any solutions how to avoid such huge costs of transaction?
