I got an offer from https://www.chopchopify.com/ to speed up out Shopify store.

Has anyone used their service? Is it a legitimate company?

I cannot find any information about Chopchopify that is not from them.

Hi there, we worked with ChopChopify and we are more than happy with the results. Great guys, very quick and accurate. We are a furniture company from Germany and our Google Page Speed Score went from 22 to 97 within 7 days. We went with the PRO pack, great experience overall! Has anyone used their page speed subscription yet? That seems interesting as well.
