Chrome Console Not Showing Instant CSS Changes

So this has been happening on all my Macs and it’s only with Shopify stores for some reason. I’ve created a loom for you to watch. I’ve also posted this to Google Chrome Community and no one has yet answered there. It’s beyond frustrating and I’ve never encountered this in the 9 years I’ve been working in Shopify.

Things That I’ve Done

  1. Disabled Cache inside console
  2. Reset Chrome numerous times
  3. Reinstalled Chrome 4x
  4. Used Incognito
  5. Disabled all Chrome extensions

Nothing has worked. Help!!!

As I stated above this was already done. Maybe you missed the part where I stated “reset”.

I’ve also tried in other browsers as well which I forgot to mention and that as well didn’t work either.

I should also state that I’m using Ventura OSX latest. Seeing that it’s across the board with browsers.

And sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t. Like weird things are happening.
