Chrome device access verification - Billing Error

Hello ,

I recently applied for app verification for one of my app,

While testing on my side, the billing API is working well and return to “Test charge” page well,

but for my Shopify app tester - it’s not at all working, its show this error :
he is using chromebook as you can see.

That looks like an internal Shopify error from your app tester. They will need to contact Shopify’s IT department to get the issue resolved.
