I just signed up and wanted to use the theme cityhash however I can’t find it. I read it was new but it’s not listed under the themes to select. Does anyone know if it’s available or how to get it? Thanks.
Sorry I don’t have one. When I go to themes to pick out a theme for my store cityhash isn’t an option and I thought it was a new free theme. I searched for it under the free themes and the paid ones and didn’t find it.

I tried to find the theme ‘cityhash’ in the Shopify theme store here and I wasn’t able to find it there. Can you tell me more about where you’ve seen this theme and how you’ve tried to add it to your account?
Typically when you add a theme to your account you can find it under the Theme library section when you go to the Online store > Themes page in your Shopify admin. We have more information on adding themes to your account here. If this is a theme you’ve found outside of the Shopify theme store, you can still add it to your theme library by following these steps. I won’t have more information on themes from outside of the Shopify theme store, but if you contact the theme developer they would be able to help you further.

Thank you, that could be why I couldn’t find it in the Shopify themes. I had seen it being used on a store that I liked and Googled it and it said a new Shopify theme and it was one of the most popular themes being used and didn’t see or think that maybe it was from someone else. It was the layout and some of the pop ups which were probably 3rd party apps. I just don’t like huge pictures taking up so much space and requiring a lot of scrolling.

What kind of pop ups are you hoping to add? Depending on the pop up, the store may have been using a third party app, but it also could have been built into the theme itself. Shopify has a free app called Shopify Forms which can help you add a pop up as well. This app would allow you to add a customized pop up form to capture customer information for your mailing list in a privacy-compliant way. This guide has more information on using the Shopify Forms app. You can add the app to your account through the app store here if you’re interested in using it.
For the size of your images, this can typically be managed within your theme editor. The settings of each theme will be different so I can’t say every theme will have this option for sure, but most themes do have settings to adjust this. Often this would be done by using the sections and blocks located in your theme editor. Sometimes you can also find these settings under the Theme settings tab in your theme editor. This guide on editing themes can help. Especially this section on using sections and blocks.
