Hello,
I’ve linked Shopify and CJDropshipping, everything should be setup right. But still it shows the products are ALL sold out. Even though the stock is like 50.000+?
Hi @tphilll
CJDropshipping inventory is connected (cjdropshipping fulfillment location).
The variants have 10,000+ units available at the cjdropshipping location.
Your General shipping profile includes the cjdropshipping fulfillment location.
If your products still show “Sold out”, the issue is likely one of these:
Inventory isn’t tracked at the correct location.
Go to Products → Variant → Inventory.
Make sure Track quantity is enabled.
Verify that cjdropshipping is the location assigned to the inventory.
The Online Store fulfillment location priority is incorrect.
Go to Settings → Locations.
Ensure the correct location is active and that CJDropshipping can fulfill online orders.
The product isn’t published to the Online Store.
The theme is checking the wrong inventory location.
The product sync hasn’t completed.
A few questions that will help narrow it down:
Is every product showing as sold out, or only products imported from CJDropshipping?
What theme are you using?
Can you share a screenshot of Products → Variant → Inventory (where the locations and inventory tracking are shown)?

The screenshots show quantity at the CJ location, so I would test availability from the storefront side for one exact variant. Open the product in an incognito window with the same country and currency as a buyer, then check the product page, collection card, search result, and cart. This tells you where the available state first changes.
If the product is available in admin but sold out only for a specific market, check whether that CJ location can ship that variant to the market through its assigned shipping profile. After changing the setup, test one variant all the way to cart before resyncing the catalog. I would pause ads and hide affected products until that path works, because a sold-out first visit is expensive traffic with no recovery path.
This looks like an inventory/location availability issue rather than a product-stock issue.
Since CJdropshipping is showing available stock, I would check these in order:
If only the storefront shows “Sold out” but Shopify admin shows stock, the issue is usually location fulfillment, sales-channel availability, or theme logic.
Hey @tphilll
hope you doing well!
This is usually caused by an inventory sync or location issue. Make sure the CJdropshipping inventory is assigned to the correct Shopify, and the products are set to (Track quantity) with inventory available at that location. also try syncing the products again from CJdropshipping.
