CJDropshipping, This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered

Hello, I am using 3 apps for dropshipping: Eprolo, Zendrop, CJdropshipping. When I test an order off CJdropshipping, everytime this error comes up: This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.

Below are my shipping rates I have tried everything to fix this…

I think i had the same problem. check this
settings–> shipping and delivery → under menu “general shipping rate” where is the country that you sent, click manage then find “shipping origins” where is your suppliers like cjdropshipping , zendrop or whatever you have, —> click create zone and put the countries you want. then “add rate” and make the shipping rate. i think it will be ok!

after spending a lot hours to find the problem i ended by deleting all markets and rates and make them all again!

Same thing was happening to me and I was freaking out! Now, I’m just learning how to add items to my SHOPIFY store from CJDROPSHIPPING. During the adding process if you’re unable to configure it to get your chosen items to ship to the USA just go ahead and add the item as normal. Then, go to your CJdropshipping account >go to ‘my products’> click on ‘store products’> you’ll see all of your products. Look under the ‘shipping cost’ column and on each item you will see a little orange box with 4 dots in them, click on it and a drop down menu will pop up and just pick USA for the item to ship to the USA. I hope that helped.
