Clear and resize image on image with text on Dawn Theme

Hi,

I have been trying for hours to fix the image on this section of image with text, please help me fix the clarity and size of the image. I don’t know what I have done but please help me make it back to a clear image that shows it as the full width rectangle image it originally is, making sure it’s in align with the text of course. Using Shopify Dawn Theme for SpaPLUS.co.uk
