Haley yes we resolved it⦠realised we had linked/integrated our shopify account to royal mail multiple times⦠I think because no confirmation message came up we had pressed the command a few times in a row. You have to go into your royal mail account, look at your settings/linked accounts and delete any copies. Be aware though that it will also delete the customers from your royal mail account that were integrated via that version that you are deleting
There is a bug in shopify. When you go to click and drop from shopify/apps menu, it set up another integration to C&D. We had 5 integration linksā¦
Instead, go to google and search for click and drop, go to the C&D website and login. Then find āsettingsā (top right) then click integrations, Delete duplicated links to shopify. Make sure the check box for āMark orders as despatched on channelā and āUpload delivery confirmation to channelā are set correctly. For us, we wanted yes to each one.
