Haley yes we resolved it… realised we had linked/integrated our shopify account to royal mail multiple times… I think because no confirmation message came up we had pressed the command a few times in a row. You have to go into your royal mail account, look at your settings/linked accounts and delete any copies. Be aware though that it will also delete the customers from your royal mail account that were integrated via that version that you are deleting
