Clickable dropdown nested menus to warehouse theme

Good afternoon shopify community! I recently started building a new website with shopify due to its advanced capabilities and better e commerce experience for my customers. I’m hoping to configure my website in a similar manner to the screenshot provided. I don’t want a mega menu per se, but I’m looking to implement a clickable dropdown nested menu that stays active once clicked.

Does anyone have any advice on implementing a different CCS code to the theme or, perhaps somewhere in the shopify ui?
