I helped a client change fonts for the live theme on their store. They log into the their account on their machine, but they do not see any of the changes. I see them on my end.
On the ‘Online Store’ page, where it tells you when the theme was Last Saved, it shows a recent timestamp, however the changes aren’t present when previewing the store.
Not sure if this is a cache issue or if the changes haven’t propagated through Shopify’s servers.
I’ve asked client to hard refresh their page and sign in and out, but still doesn’t fix anything.

I understand that if you’ve made changes on a client’s store, and they are not seeing them, of course this would be a concern. Happy to run through some troubleshooting steps with you.
When you say, “hard refresh,” do you mean turning the device off and back on again? It sounds like this is likely a cache issue, as you mentioned. Have the client open an incognito or private browsing window and view the store there. Can they see the changes in this window? If yes, just ask them to clear their cookies and cache, and the issue will be resolved.
If they can’t see the changes in private browsing, make sure to confirm that they are previewing the correct version of the store. They’ll need to open up a new preview tab every time you make a change; any previous preview tabs will not refresh automatically.
Next, find out what device and browser they are using, making sure it’s a supported browser. Are you able to see the changes from a different device or browser than the one you are currently using? If not, perhaps the changes have not saved. Try an incognito or private browsing window on your own device. Otherwise, it may be that the font you have chosen is not supported by all browsers / devices.
Have you made other changes aside from the font on the store? Are you and the client able to see those changes? This may be a hint that the font is not supported.
