My store was recently randomly shut down and I was wondering is the money automatically refunded back to the customer who ordered it? I do not want my customers to pay for something that will never arrive.

Did you receive any email correspondence about the closure of your store? If your store was closed because we could not support your business, then the money will have been automatically refunded to your customers.

Hello Andrew! I had the exact same problem as Mellyhbk728. My store was suddenly shut down before I could fulfill the orders. I was very shocked since I could neither fulfill the orders nor refund the money to the customers. Is this what you are saying true? Will the customers automatically get their money back? If that’ s the case I can rest assured because right now for more than 2 weeks I’m doing everything I can to refund the customers. I was even thinking about contacting a lawyer about this matter.
Not true this just happened to me n he got my payment on his card n won’t respond to me know. What can I do?
