I closed my Shopify store. I’m now interested to open an Etsy store. Is it possible to upload the listings from the closed Shopify store to the Etsy store without having to open it again?

Thank you for connecting with us and sharing your question. At this time, there is no way to access your store data or product information after your store has been closed. Please note we always recommend that you back up all important information and data to your computer before closing your store as we cannot guarantee to retain all information beyond the 2 year mark.
With that being said, if it is within that time period and you’d like to download some files without re-opening your store then please connect with our Support Team directly for assistance. The most efficient way to download product and listing data will be through a product CSV file.
Another alternative is also to temporarily re-open your store to download everything you need at once. Make sure to bring that up to our Support team so they can advise any solutions for this if you prefer.
