I received e-mails this morning showing someone opened a Shopify account and set up a store. There were failed merchant attempts and a lack of full information to set up a banking channel, which is good, but I want to close the account out that was used to open the account. They turned on two-factor authentication, so I can’t get into my account to close it out. How can I get this closed out?
