Clothing brand and Shipping.

I recently opened a clothing brand by the name Glyphix. To make a long story short, I made international shipping available. Once I released the clothes I got messages about people getting a message on checkout saying “shipping unavailable to your location” or something similar. Initially I just needed to take their country out of the “international” grouping and then make its own zone seperately. Ive done that now for every place that it allows me to ship to on my plan.

My issue now is that although I have shipping zones enabled for a lot of places in Europe, People have been telling me they still get that error message at checkout. Even though I made a zone for it already. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Im missing out on a lot of sales because of It and I couldnt find anything to fix it.

Ive tried remaking the shipping zones to those countries and it still didnt work. Ive checked my markets and theyre all aligned with my zones. Ive taken those zones out of my other shipping group (the general one shopify automatically assigns). I need some help. Thanks.

Hi,
It might be worth checking how your products are assigned to these shipping profiles.

If you head over to Settings > Shipping and Delivery, and check if each product is correctly tied to the specific shipping profile you’ve created for those European countries.

Sometimes, if a product isn’t explicitly linked to a custom profile, it might default back to that general Shopify one where your zones aren’t listed.

Hi @Glyphix ,

Double-check product availability for your shipping profiles and ensure product weights/dimensions match your shipping rates. Test checkout with specific addresses in affected countries and confirm there are no conflicting zones. If the issue persists, contact Shopify Support to identify backend problems.

Best,
