Cloudify + Shopify B2B → Xero: Company name and ABN not syncing correctly

We’re using Shopify B2B Companies with Cloudify to sync customers and invoices into Xero. Despite mapping the Shopify Company to the Xero Contact Name and mapping the company’s ABN to Xero’s Business Registration/Tax ID fields, Cloudify still creates the Xero contact using the individual customer’s first and last name. The ABN isn’t transferred either.

The result is invoices addressed to “David Caccia-Birch” instead of “Samios Plumbing Supplies”, with no customer ABN displayed, which isn’t ideal for B2B tax invoices.

Has anyone successfully configured Cloudify to sync the Shopify B2B Company Name and Company ABN into Xero, or is this currently a limitation of the integration?

@Daniel_Till1 ,
From what I have seen this is likely a limitation of the current Cloudify mapping rather than Shopify B2B itself. Shopify exposes the Company information but not every integration uses those fields when creating contacts in Xero.

I’d recommend checking whether Cloudify supports mapping Company Name and Company Location/Tax ID separately from the customer record. If not, it may require a feature request or a custom mapping on their side. It would be great to hear if anyone has managed to get B2B company details syncing correctly without custom development.
