I can’t seem to reduce my CLS. This is the message I get on PageSpeedInsights:
I have added dimensions to my images but the CLS is still .385.
This problem is only on desktop. Mobile CLS is very low- .015
Any insight about what I can do to fix this issue for desktop?

Can someone explain what this means?
This is one of the most common cause of Layout shift, it gives no specific idea of what your issue is. Share your website URL or there isn’t any suggestion we can give.
CLS is usually caused by
Your HTML loads
Something else loads, and moves things around, thus Layout Shift
The shift is happening on Desktop, not Mobile

I noticed that your CLS on desktop is fixed? How did you fix it?
We are experiencing the same issue on Desktop for our Shopify store. Mobile is fine for our site.
