Urgent pricing issue after editing a duplicated store theme: automatic discounts appear to have affected the live theme and may impact Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM) sales.
Symptoms: All products should be on sale at varying rates (e.g., 20%, 30%, 40%). When two or more items are added to the cart, one or more revert to the original price, and this persists into checkout. A screenshot was attached to demonstrate the mismatch between discounted and original prices.
Initial check by a responder found nothing wrong when browsing the site and asked for clearer evidence via screenshots.
After clarification, the issue was understood as discounts not applying to all items only when multiple products are in the cart, with original prices showing instead. The responder requested private sharing of collaborator/backend access to investigate and resolve the problem.
Status: Ongoing with no confirmed fix yet. Next step is backend review via private access; no code or configuration changes were posted publicly.

Hi everyone! I’m asking for urgent help. My website is 143-vintage.com and I’m not sure what happened. But I was trying to do some coding on discounted prices for Black Friday on a duplicated theme but somehow affected my current published theme and I don’t know what to do.
I created an automatic discount for all my products but not all have the same discount percentage. Some are 20% off, others are 30% off and 40% off. But all products should be on sale. But whenever two or more products are added into the cart, one or two of them goes back to the original price. I don’t know what happened because I wasn’t even editing the codes of the live theme. Somebody help please! I’m worried this will affect my BFCM sales.
I just had a look on your website and I don’t see anything wrong happening, the discount codes are working properly. Can you maybe explain with some screeenshots?
Hi Mooed, thank you for replying. So the discount works fine. My problem is if one or more products are added into the cart, one or two of them goes back to the original price. And even after clicking the checkout button, the prices don’t change at all. Like I mentioned, all my products should be on sale and showing the discount rate. I attached
I get it now, so basically the discount code is not getting applied on all products only if there are two or more than two products already in cart and instead the original price shows, correct?
If, yes then feel free to share your collaborator code in my private message because I need to have a look at the backend to sort out that issue.
