No need to code:
Rich text section has a button block. Just need to add it.
Multicolumn section with single column will have a link at the bottom. Not a button though.
Image with text overly will give you button – just use any “empty” image.
I don’t have the rich text section in my theme. I’m also not sure what you mean my multicolumn section as I do not have that one either.
