Can you confirm if you have Shopify Payments enabled on your store? If so, does your store have Shopify Markets enabled, as well as the option to sell in multiple currencies?
A current limitation of having the multiple currencies feature enabled is that only eligible payment methods per geographic area will show at checkout. This means that ineligible payment methods won’t be presented as an option — so if a visitor on your website opts to browse your store in a, say, Singaporean market rather than your store’s native United States market, they will only be shown the payment gateways on checkout that is supportable within the Singaporean market.
Each third-party gateway will have their own guidelines when it comes to supportable regions though, so to check if your store’s Coinbase checkout is supported in other countries outside of the United States, I recommend reaching out to the Coinbase support team so that they can confirm this for you.
