I have done everything, following youtube videos and reading but I still cannot get by content in the collapsible row to show.

I’d be happy to help troubleshoot this.

Could you share your store URL and let us know which theme you’re using? Also, is the content not showing in all collapsible rows or just a specific one?

A screenshot of your collapsible row settings would be helpful as well. Once we can see the setup, it’ll be much easier to identify what’s preventing the content from displaying.

I’d check the actual content source first, not the row itself. In a lot of themes, the collapsible block is working, but the text is blank because the content was pasted into the wrong field, or the row is pulling from a metafield that doesn’t have anything saved in it.

Two quick things to test:

  1. Open the page in the theme editor and type a few plain words directly into the collapsible row content box. If that shows up, the issue is probably with the dynamic source or metafield, not the row.

  2. If you’re using metafields, go to the product/page in Shopify admin and make sure that exact metafield has content saved, then republish the page.

Also worth checking if the content is there in the editor but disappears on the live page, because that usually points to a theme setting or a custom CSS rule hiding the body text, not the collapsible row itself.

This is usually more a matter of block configuration rather than the theme. In the theme editor, expand the colapsible row section and ensure each item is actually had content added inside the block and not just the title. If you’re using metafields, ensure the dynamic source is connected correctly and the metafield has values filled for that product. Also, make sure you’re editing the right product template. If everything seems fine and dandy, duplicate the section and assign it again, sometimes the block rendering can glitch.
