Collapsible tabs for products - Refresh Theme

I use Collapsible tabs on some of my products as part as Online Store 2.0. However, the collapsible tab in the new version does not work, like this:

I had one more question, the blockquote functions in the new theme blog does not work, like this:

How can I fix this problem? I’m using the “Refresh” theme.
