We need to collect payment at the time the order is fulfilled. We figured this out when all items fulfill together (full order fulfillment). With our next phase, we have 2 different item types so they ship on different days. Therefore, we can only collect when each item by type fulfill. Does anyone have tips on collecting payment as lines are fulfilled?
Example:
Customer orders one item (type A) and one item (type B)
Type A item is fulfilled Monday so payment for that part only can be collected on Monday.
Type B item is fulfilled on Wednesday so we can’t collect this portion until Wednesday.
